I'm inspired by people's stories and that is one of my most important passions.
My name is Florence and I am currently an Product Designer at Rangle.io, working with a variety of clients from telecommunication to airlines to booking reservations. I have experience in User Research, Design Systems and UX design for games and digital products.
I am most known for my ability to adapt well in various situation, working with tight deadlines, working around technical and business constraints and being a strong team player.

How did I get into UX?
I previously worked in an administrative role at the University of Toronto. I realized I wanted to create more meaning and purpose in my life. I left my job to do some soul searching for a while and ended up backpacking around Europe and working abroad in South Korea and California for 2 years. During the time I was abroad, I gained so many cultural perspectives when speaking with people from all around the world. I learned to continually adjust myself into assimilating into different lifestyles.

When I finally came back to Toronto, I realized my passion was to continue to expand my understanding of people outside of my bubble. When I found User Experience Design, it became a career I was driven to pursue as it allows for the opportunity to build my knowledge of users and design solutions for their problems.
